Our standard method of delivery for UK and N Ireland orders is either Royal Mail 48HR tracked post or via Courier - you should receive your goods within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch confirmation. You also have the choice of upgrading the postal method to our express service, which is Royal Mail 24HR (you should receive your goods within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch confirmation) or Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm Guarantee (you should receive your goods by 1pm the following working day after dispatch confirmation - please also note this service is only available on weekdays, we do not offer the additional Saturday Guarantee). We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day you order, however orders received after 1pm or during extremely busy times (such as Christmas) may be sent out on the following working day.

FREE Standard UK and N Ireland Delivery is available on orders over £40.

Certain products have longer dispatch times.  When dispatch times vary to our standard terms, estimated dispatch timescales are shown within the products description.

We offer a number of overseas services although International Standard is limited to EU regions.

Expected Delivery Times:
  • Western Europe - 3 days after dispatch confirmation receipt
  • Eastern Europe - 4 days after dispatch confirmation receipt
  • Rest of the World - 5 days after dispatch confirmation receipt

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 10 working days from the due date of delivery in the UK and N Ireland and 20 working days from the due date of delivery for Europe and 25 working days for the Rest of the World.  If it is discovered that an incorrect address has been supplied we will not be liable for the failure to deliver.

Please Note: Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your order in line with our terms, there may be times when the Royal Mail or the Courier service we use fail to deliver in line with their own terms (eg, due to Covid 19 staff shortages) and we should not be held responsible in these circumstances as the situation would no longer be in our control.

CLICK & COLLECT

We also offer a Click & Collect service at our Tavistock store. Please ensure you have received an 'Order Ready' notification before coming to collect and remember to bring your confirmation email so we can release your order.

Monday - Saturday: 9.30am to 5.30pm
Sunday 11am to 4pm

Also, there may be items that you have seen in one of our stores that are not available online. Please ring the relevant store to check on availability of these products - you can then place a purchase over the phone for collection or delivery.
